Nutritional information

Each tablet provides approximately 5–7 kcal of energy, with around 1 g of carbohydrate, of which less than 0.5 g is sugar. Protein, fat, fibre, and salt are negligible. The active nutrient is vitamin C at 1000 mg per tablet, equivalent to 1250% of the Nutrient Reference Value, supported by small amounts of bioflavonoids such as 50 mg of rutin and hesperidin combined. This high-strength, low-calorie formulation offers sustained immune support, antioxidant protection, and collagen production benefits in one convenient daily dose.

Ingredients

Each tablet contains ascorbic acid and mineral ascorbates, providing a buffered form of vitamin C that is easier on the digestive system. Bioflavonoids, including rutin and hesperidin, are added to enhance absorption and provide additional antioxidant support. The formula may also include rosehip extract as a natural source of vitamin C. Excipients such as microcrystalline cellulose act as bulking agents, with magnesium stearate and silica used as anti-caking agents, and the tablet coating typically made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, glycerin, and purified water.
