Dosage

Adults: General hair health - Take 1 capsule once a day.

Targeted benefits - Take 1 capsule two times a day. Do not exceed 2 capsules in 24 hours.

Active nutrients typically include 2.5 mg of biotin, 15 mg of zinc, 20 mg of silica, 60 mg of vitamin C, and 10 mg of vitamin E, along with trace amounts of iron and supportive herbal extracts. This low-calorie, nutrient-rich formulation delivers targeted daily support for hair strength, growth, and scalp health without unnecessary fillers or artificial additives.

Ingredients

Each capsule contains biotin to encourage keratin production, zinc to support follicle strength, and silica to promote connective tissue health. Additional nutrients include vitamin C for collagen formation, vitamin E for antioxidant protection, and iron to assist oxygen transport to hair follicles. Herbal extracts such as horsetail or millet seed may be added for extra scalp and hair support. The base formulation also contains excipients such as microcrystalline cellulose as a bulking agent, magnesium stearate and silica as anti-caking agents, and a gelatin or hydroxypropyl methylcellulose capsule shell with glycerin and purified water.
