Dosage

Nutritional information

Each capsule provides approximately 30 kcal of energy, with around 3 g of fat, of which 1.2–1.5 g is EPA and 0.9–1.1 g is DHA. Protein, carbohydrate, fibre, sugar, and salt are negligible. This concentrated, nutrient-rich profile delivers triple the omega-3 power of standard fish oil in a smaller, convenient dose, helping to support cardiovascular health, brain and eye function, and joint mobility with fewer capsules per day.

Ingredients

Each capsule contains concentrated natural fish oil, providing high levels of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). Natural vitamin E is included as an antioxidant to maintain oil stability and freshness. The softgel capsule shell is made from gelatin, glycerin, and purified water, ensuring an easy-to-swallow format. The fish oil is molecularly distilled to remove impurities such as mercury, dioxins, and PCBs, guaranteeing high quality and safety.
