The active nutrient content includes approximately 10–20 billion CFU of live probiotics from multiple Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium strains, supported by trace amounts of prebiotic inulin. This low-calorie, clean formulation offers convenient, daily support for gut balance and immune health without unnecessary fillers or artificial additives.

Ingredients

Each capsule contains a blend of live probiotic strains such as Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium lactis, and Lactobacillus rhamnosus, providing a clinically relevant dose of colony-forming units (CFU). A small amount of prebiotic inulin may be included to help nourish beneficial bacteria. Excipients typically include microcrystalline cellulose as a bulking agent, magnesium stearate and silica as anti-caking agents, and the capsule shell is composed of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, glycerin, and purified water for stability and ease of swallowing.
