Nutritional information

Each tablet provides approximately 10–15 kcal of energy, with negligible protein, fat, fibre, sugar, and salt. Carbohydrate content is typically less than 1 g. The active nutrients include around 600 mg of elemental calcium, 200 mg of magnesium, and 500 IU (12.5 micrograms) of vitamin D3. This low-calorie, nutrient-dense formulation is designed to supply the essential minerals and vitamins needed to maintain bone strength, muscle function, and overall skeletal health in one convenient daily dose.

Ingredients

Each tablet contains calcium in the form of calcium carbonate, calcium phosphate, and calcium citrate to maximise absorption and utilisation. Magnesium oxide or magnesium phosphate is included to support calcium metabolism and muscle function, while vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) assists with calcium uptake into bones. The formulation may also contain excipients such as microcrystalline cellulose as a bulking agent, croscarmellose sodium for disintegration, magnesium stearate and silica as anti-caking agents, and a protective coating made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, glycerin, and purified water.
