This beauty powder helps improve skin firmness and elasticity with marine collagen, while also supporting strong nails, scalp health and hair growth when dietary intake is inadequate, with biotin. Ideal in water, juices, smoothies, yoghurts or even your morning oats.
Adult Dosage:
Using the enclosed scoop, mix two level scoops (10.5 g) of powder in a cup with 250 mL of room temperature water, juice or smoothie, and stir thoroughly until fully dissolved. Consume once daily, during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Once dissolved, consume immediately. Some settling of the powder may occur after mixing.

- The recommended duration of use for this medicine must be limited to 3 months.
